In person drop experience:

Drop off to the dream organization Nestle had very good experience. Before drop off, i first prepared myself for every possible situation. I prepared and updated my resume and cover letter 1 day before . I made research for organization to know the names of crew members of Nestle. Then i prepared my elevator pitch. I practiced it many times in front of mirror, also by thinking if i am giving my elevator pitch to the recruiter. I ironed my clothes. Took good sleep and woke up at 7 o clock next morning. I prepared myself for every possible situation. Practiced elevator pitch and left to Nestle at 8:30.

When i reached there before entering, I was a bit nervous so i took deep breath and then walk forward for entry. A lady called me from call box and asked me the purpose of being here. I told her that i am hear to drop my resume before i say anything further she cut the call saying give your resume to gate keeper. He took my resume and a guard from inside came and took my resume saying they will send your resume to HR next day to other city. Over all experience was good. But i could not able to get inside which disappointed me a bit. I was ready for every situation, so somehow i was also aware of that situation too which was a little bit unexpected. I was taking my self to the reception at least but everything happened beyond my thoughts. By this experience i learned to prepared myself for every situation, overcome my fears. I also learned that before going to any organization, first try to visit that place and try to find out about company or organization in person so that next time you would have idea of what situation can come on your way.
