Paschimottanasana (Seated forward bend):

Cobra Pose:

Shavasana (Yogic sleep):

Shavasana or corpse pose is helpful to induce a conscious yogic sleep called Yoga Nidra. It aids in attaining equilibrium in the body and mind.
