Think she’s fat, dark, short or ugly? That’s your problem, not hers

Let’s get one thing straight once and for all. A woman is more than her looks. Stop sizing her up based on numbers on the scale.

That’s not important. I’ll tell you what’s important.

What should be important to you, to her, to everybody.

She’s healthy.

She’s active.

She’s happy.

She’s a learner.

She’s a traveler.

She’s confident.

She’s empowered.

She’s caring and smiling.

She’s groomed.

She’s forgiving.

And if that’s not enough…

She’s a daughter.

She’s a sister.

She’s a wife.

She’s a mother.

She’s a friend.

She’s a colleague.

She’s a patriot.

She’s a leader.

And while we’re on it, here’s what’s NOT important.

Her weight.

Her height.

Her hair.

Her clothes and accessories.

Her color.

Her race.

Her religion.

Become a part of creating a better world for every woman. A world where she can break free from the all-consuming worry of what’s going down her throat and how she looks. A world where she is physically, mentally, emotionally and socially strong.
