I have now read the piece and your comment here mis-represents what she wrote. She was not stating that transwomen don’t suffer but rather that the experience of being a transwoman is uniquely different to being cisgendered, or a transman etc. etc.

Her article seems to be stating that there is a level of in-fighting amongst activists who could actually be supportive of one another (Which I agree with as I see it often) because of a hyper-need to police language. It’s a case of creating conversations rather than shutting them down by attacking the words people use and whether someone personally finds them offensive.
