I love that you put this in here. So often when I’m writing a piece looking at a very specific subject I’m aware of the detractors who will cling to something related but not essential to what I’m trying to get at.

This is so beautifully expressed as an aside acknowledgement of the different identities of people whilst also pointing out that THIS article is about a particular, specific experience.
