Transcending the Technical Interview

This is an awesome post. Of all the skills that we can learn as developers, this is sadly the biggest skill that needs to be given weight. I mean this in the sense that this is possibly the biggest fraction of whether or not you’ll be employed or not. Sadly, this is the skill that employers look for and judge by. Its sad because this specific skill has nothing to do with your abilities as a developer. There are so many competent developers. However, that means nothing to employers if you cannot pass a round of technical judo. See Max Howell for example:

Our current day is sprinkled with stories of this nature. With that said, it is great to see that freecodecamp realizes this and has a community to prepare developers for this.
