My AMAL JOURNEY IN FIRST TWO WEEKS

It feels like it was yesterday when I started my journey at AMAL Academy. If I to reflect on my first two weeks at AMAL Academy I can proudly say that it was something. In the first week at AMAL I identified my purposes, I was able to understand my personal and professional goals and why do I have these goals. I had a good time interacting with some new people and world with them, had discussions and It was good to know some new people.

The Second week for much more interesting than the first, I was able to filter out my goals further. I wrote my first blog and I even understand that sometimes we have to take the initiative of the things that no one else does. I was able to identify my SMART goals and plan my steps on doing something.

If I was to define my first two weeks experience at AMAL Academy with a picture this will be the one

The reason for using this picture is that it reminds me of the beginning. When looking at this picture it you can see there are clouds around the sun but still the sun is shinning and spreading it’s light. Talking to people and interacting with them was a nightmare for me. It was such a big deal for me. This picture reminds me that with such circumstances I was still able to followup with this fellowship and was able to learn so many thing.
