While studying at Viqar-un-Nisa Noon Girls High School, Kiani performed at thousands of youth gatherings in Turkey, Jordan, Bulgaria, and Greece, winning various awards along the way.
In addition to “Rang Barangi Dunya,” Kiani appeared on Sohail Rana’s PTV children’s show. In 1995, Kiani won the NTM Viewer’s Decision Award for Pakistan’s best female singer.
Kiani became the first Asian artist to perform at the BBC’s British National Lottery Live in 1997, underscoring her growing fame.
