Yes! There IS a cure for Type 2 Diabetes and Nathan Cheng is exactly right!

Less than a year ago, on October 31 2015 I was admitted to the hospital with an acute staph infection in my lower right leg. It was brought on by stress and complications from a raging untreated Type 2 diabetic condition.

I weighed 261 lbs. and had a blood glucose of over 300.

After several weeks of hospitalization and going on a low carb, high fat diet I was released from the hospital and began walking on a treadmill. I’d been prescribed two types of insulin injections and host of other prescriptions as well.

I immediately began daily strenuous exercise (which by the way is excellent for lowering your blood sugar), and eventually added in a high fat diet and later, intermittent fasting.

Today I weigh about 160 lbs (over 100 lbs. less than 10/31/15), I went from a 44 inch waistline to 32 inches, a 52 suit to a 40 regular, and am no longer on ANY prescriptions, having dropped insulin months ago. My blood sugar runs in the low range and I went from “obese” BMI, to “normal”.

Everything Cheng recommends — especially Dr. Jason Fung’s book, The Obesity Code — is EXACTLY right. You don’t have to live with diabetes and poor health. It IS curable.
