I haven’t even finished this piece yet, but it speaks volumes — not just about race and stereotypes in the U.S. but in China, India, and “many” cultures in Asia. Note both the reigning age demographic and dominant ratio of females to males born outside the U.S. I would love to see the numbers in the “adoptive” category. For that matter, shining the light back on “western” countries, it would be pretty enlightening to conduct a similar survey in throughout Europe, not to mention Canada, and compare results with U.S. in terms of steotypes.
This study has real virility [sic]. Congratulations, and thanks for doing this and getting it beyond the walls of the Academy! Look forward to seeing more. And now it’s time to explore statsystem.
