Scott Behson on NJ Spotlight News

What is ‘Quiet Quitting’?

FDU’s Silberman College of Business’s very own Professor Scott Behson was featured on NJ Spotlight News to discuss “Quiet Quitting.” Professor Behson provided information surrounding what a “quiet quitter” is and how to combat the issue many workplaces face. Professor Behson highlighted the importance of workplace environment and caring for your employees. Furthermore, he discussed the fact that employers need to know how to appropriately support their employees.

Although the employer has a responsibility to care for their employees, Professor Behson expressed that it works both ways. Employees need to step up just as much as the employer to create a balance between the level of investment from both parties. Professor Behson’s take on “Quiet Quitting” provides great insight for not only employers but employees, as well as pivotal information on how we can overcome the challenges presented by this issue in the workplace.
