use unique email aliases for every site you give your email to, and then you can find out easily who is selling your address.

Most decent email providers support yourname+alias@ format, if you can change the delimeter I recommend using yourname-alias@ instead, because a hyphen is less likely to be spotted by spammers as an alias delimeter.
