So week one of our juicing challenge is over, I hope you are all feeling as good as I am.

Introducing juicing to your diet one meal at a time is a great way to boost your energy levels, improve your immune system and let you drop some unwanted pounds along the way.

So this week you will notice Cayenne pepper is added to your juice on Tuesday. Don’t worry this won’t blow your head off and will just give your juice a little kick. Cayenne pepper helps digestion and is great to improve weight loss by boosting your metabolism.
