Why we do what we do

Was reading this again today. One of the things Malagueta is striving for, is to redefine the relationship between brand owners and marketing services companies. It makes us very sad to see the lack of trust, respect and accountability in these relationships. And it goes both ways.

Which is why we developed a framework to rethink the process. For brand owners, it is an opportunity to revisit its arrangements with service providers in order to get more and better work. For service providers, it is an opportunity to regain relevance while focusing the business on what truly matters.

Our job is to make people happier. Truly. In a new context, where so much changed, where new formats and processes are the key to remain competitive and to hack growth, we aim to enable companies to succeed.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter which companies you hire or which companies are your clients.

What one wants is to spend time with great, smart, fun people and to get shit done.
