“When we set goals, they work in two ways: We work on them, and they work on us.” — Bob Moawad When we set goals, our brains can’t help but focus on them. In turn, once we start working towards them, they can help us find purpose and direction because no matter what the goal is, it gives us some kind of meaning, big or small. At the same time, goals keep us moving and they can also teach us about being mindful, being patient, and being focused among other positive traits.
