I guess the first thing you should know is that China owns all pandas on earth. The pandas you see in zoos of other countries are all lent from China and only for a certain period of time.

The cost of having pandas in those countries is stunning. The Chinese government charges 100 million RMB per year, let alone the high spending of keeping a panda. You have to build bamboo forest and hire panda experts so that the pandas can survive.

It is said that Malaysia wants to give back pandas in their country to China because the poor country can’t afford keeping these adorable but demanding animals.

Eating Habits: Pandas eat 20–40 kg bamboo per day, which means you need to live in a bamboo forest so that your panda pet won’t starve. Though the panda has a vegetarian diet, it is a bear and Carnivore in nature. When you leave them starve, you might be their dinner.

The Giant panda excretes more than ten kilograms of dung per day, which means you ahve to spend most of your time removing their dung.

When it comes to the mating season, the giant panda will paint secretions of the perianal gland on the post, the stump, the wall, etc. When come back home from outside, be ready to be welcomed bu those strange flavors.
