I’m the only content strategist in my company. Obviously I can’t work on all the content problems. So I’m planning to train people on other teams so they can produce content themselves. Pretty much what you talk about in this article. However, for most of them, English is not their native language (My company has a large number of employees in Asia.). As strategic thinking may be cultivated and best practices may be learned, I wonder how I can teach non-native speakers the ability to write English correctly in a short time. Do you have any tips or advice for me?
