IMHO, indeed you should double down on your strengths, but the profile a CEO must be/take should be based on company needs, not personal skills/limitations.

In other words you should be the CEO your company needs at each stage of its development.

Understanding what the company needs now (a Product, Operations, Sales or Marketing CEO) is the first step to become it (or bringing someone else to do the job).
