I have been there. I had severe depression an anxiety for years.

My leaky gut was stress related, I had disbyosis from taking too much antibiotics and I was eating a lot of carbohydrates.

My girlfriend who also had leaky gut, but with other symptoms pieced together every bit of information she could find to cure herself and realized that I must have had the same issue but with other symptoms.

In terms of diet I found out that for me all nightshades are a serious issue. I only cured my anxiety by avoiding nightshades completely. No tomatos, no eggplants, no peppers, no potatos.

My only carbohydrate intake now comes from vegetables, such as pumpkin, carrorts and sweetpotato, sometimes a piece of fruit and a bit of rice noodles every now and then. I only cook with olive oil.

After years of anxiety, depression, and constantly feeling exhausted I feel like a capable human being now.
