I started meditating one month ago. Managed to do 7 days in a row without missing a day.
When I started I thought “I’m not done for this”. In fact, that is why I didn’t try it before.
I’m also using the calm app, it has really helped me to make make meditation approachable.
Now, I really can’t wait for my next meditation session. I feel that I’m gradually getting better and better at focusing on my breathing and coming back when I’m pulled away by thoughts.
I know and I’m aware that I am on my early days, but this doesn’t bother me at all.
