A very good 😊 walk that was at a good speed. Stayed on stride and steady all the way. Not racing, just trying to keep in good shape 🏃🏻‍♂️❤️‍🩹😊 and letting myself heal a week after outpatient surgery. It’s such a joy to get out at about 74 degrees with a comfortable breeze from the south and the smoke and ash particles just slightly above good 👍 at 53. I took 4 days off just to rest. It helped so much, especially mentally in boosting my motivation. Little breaks like this are usually revitalizing and say congratulations 🎊🎉🤗🙏😇 and rest sometimes 🛌🥱too. Keep yourself healthy and in balance. It’s so important yet hard to keep life in balance, especially if deadlines and goals seem to dominate life. The first 3 photos were taken just a couple hundred yards to the east in a carefully planted pollinator garden 🪴 that’s thriving in later summer. Just love ❤️ the vibrant vine with the bright yellow blooms. Then, I hoofed it over to the church ⛪️ at the corner. Wow 😮, just loving 🥰 their Hibiscus 🌺 bushes 🥹😁 👩🏽‍🌾🧑‍🌾🎊🎉😇 at the Church just 5 houses down on our street….

Outside The East Entrance Of The Nearest Church Their Beautiful Flower Gardens Inspire Me. Loving Care And Dedication Made It Posibly For The Huge Blooms On Their Hibiscus Bushes To Thrive. All This Was Through Our Very Dry Minnesota Summer.
