Carolina is a Humanitarian Economist who worked with the United Nations for a decade. She served with the UN in Timor-Leste in 2003 to ensure pacification and independence of the country. That’s where she met the Brazilian Diplomat, Sergio, who was serving as the UN High Commissioner.
