Abstinence or Moderation

Day 8 of my 6W2S.
Woo Hoo!!! I completed my first week and starting the second today. Life, truly, is beautiful. I started with a 4-mile walk today. I had planned five but could only make four.
My single daily meals have been super healthy. This weekend is preparatory to my 48-hour fast, which is simply no food on Monday.
So, how are you doing? What do you find easier? Abstinence or Moderation? I have tried both and for me, abstinence with moderation works best. I don’t fit into the either/or category. I fast and try to be moderate when I eat. I focus on my daily needs and enjoy life as it presents itself.
