  • Confront friends and family from the past/engage in deep conversations about past happenings that are still processing in the brain
  • Walking in the dark (I’m 25 and should not be scared of the dark)
  • Cold water wash/shower
  • Encourage someone personally or on any platform online
  • Give an insightful opinion
  • Put myself in a position to be uncomfortable
  • Do 10 pushups
  • Do 10 sit ups
  • Do 10 squats
  • Meditate for 30 seconds
  • Eat healthy
  • Do not spend money on unnecessary things
  • Be aware of who I am
  • Stretch for 20 seconds
  • Read 10 pages in any book
  • Cook healthy
  • Record anything (video/audio)
  • Learn a new skill
  • Learn a new piece of information
  • Be curtious — Always give more than I take
  • Brush and floss
  • Plan for the future
