Manspreading is indeed cultural, in the sense that it’s an imaginary, fabricated problem. It is based on a few photos of men on a sub way spreading across almost 3 seats, and then implying this is typical behavior.

It is not. People in the real world are a lot more normal, social and adjustable then the passive aggressive internet suggests.

Such imaginary problems invite equally stupid counter “problems”, like women using second seats for their purse. Which is also not normal behavior, and not an actual problem in daily life.

But hey, I’m just “mansplaining”, another jewel in the series of childish terms in the so-called “gender war”.

There is no war. It’s all childish bullshit taken out of proportion, and it does more harm than good.
