I wish you would expand on this approach to governance. I talk to (a lot of) critics who think that it’s overlyoptimistic to believe data can solve racial tensions. They think police will always have the upper hand and exploit open data for propoganda purposes. If you believe otherwise, it needs to be spelled out: why is transparency a tool for democratic empowerment. And, how is unique to your view of government?
