3D MODELING AND 3D PRINTING 11/28

For my 3D modeling and 3D printing assignment, I played around with a few different ideas stemming from different areas of interest. One being animal or creature like, one being more abstract and using a multitude of textures, and one based off a more “architectural” design.

Some issues I had encountered along the way were getting certain pieces to merge. I had to constantly remind myself I was using the rhino program, and it was not as simple as clicking an object and dragging it into place.

Here are my 3 ideas and process photos-

Ultimately I decided to print my house-like structure. I chose this to print because it was a fun combination of architectural/mathematical lines as well as some unconventional fluid forms.
