The Purdue Alumni Club of San Diego scholarship program is funded through official Purdue Alumni Club of San Diego events, by private alumni donations, and through the support of the Purdue Alumni Association.

The Purdue Alumni Club of San Diego is joining with the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank for a very special campaign — A Virtual Food Drive.

The Virtual Food Drive is a fun and easy to help eradicate hunger in San Diego County. Share the opportunity with your family and friends so they also can participate. Every dollar donated provides 5 meals for San Diegans in need.

Two $2,000 student scholarships awarded each year

This year, the Club plans to award two scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each. San Diego County resident Purdue University students who are eligible to submit an application:

  • must be a full-time student enrolled at the University Campus
  • having completed at least 24 credit hours earned at a University Campus for the academic year the scholarship is awarded, and

  • Date: Monday, March 8th, 2021
  • Time: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time
