Fidelity’s Carmel Mitchell, Head of HR for Ireland, discusses Nigell Todd, Head of Fidelity for Everyone (F4E) in Ireland, signing the Diversity Charter Ireland on Fidelity’s behalf with David Staunton, Minister of Justice and Equality:

“We had the honour of signing the Diversity Charter Ireland with David Staunton Minister of Justice and Equality in attendance here in the office. Delighted to have Nigell Todd, Head of Fidelity for Everyone (F4E) in Ireland, sign the charter on the company’s behalf.

The signing of this charter is a voluntary commitment by organisations to endorse diversity management, preventing discrimination and promoting equality with respect to all their stakeholders and the environment in which they operate. In signing this charter, organisations in Ireland join their counterparts in seventeen other European countries in publicly stating their commitment to diversity. Five other companies signed with us on the day — Ebay, ATOS, E -frontiers, Sodexo and Eversheds Sutherland.”
