Great Article! My husband and I tried polyphasic sleeping for a while to get our website up and running. It was really interesting to see how our bodies reacted differently. He would be up at 4:00am working hard and I was always dragging until about 6.

We tried following the same schedule for a while until we decided to actually listen to our bodies. We rearranged our nap schedules so that they were similar but suited to our own needs. This made the time we were awake much more productive! We felt better and worked much harder when we decided to listen to our bodies.
