VTS was looking to further develop its product to service new real estate asset classes as well as capture the untapped value of the international markets. VTS approached Fifth Wall to build upon its already strong existing partnership base to leverage Fifth Wall’s consortium of real estate players to expand upon its product and aggressively penetrate new markets around the globe.

Upon investing, Fifth Wall was able to oversee the rollout of VTS over multiple Anchor LPs, including Hines, CBRE, and Rudin Management. We have facilitated engagements with Prologis and Macerich to help expand their product offering to brand new asset classes and deliver an international network of real estate assets to facilitate global expansion.
