Fifth Wall has been instrumental in helping Lyric obtain major deals with Hines (53 units in 4 buildings in 2 cities), the largest developer of office buildings in the US and Lennar Multifamily Communities (15 units in 1 building with complete exclusivity on all 36 buildings in 2018), the second largest home builder in the nation.
Additional deals have been made with Invesco, a leading investment management firm, and Trammell Crow (25 units in 3 buildings in 3 cities), one of the nations’s leading commercial real estate developers.
Fifth Wall has also helped to faciliate partnerships with Camden, a real estate investment trust, and housing developer JMC (26 units in 3 buildings in 2 cities).
