Great article. I had similair experience, but did not figure out yet how to manage anxiety. It seem like when I am pushing it away, it returns in bigger amounts. (I wish I wouldn't have it, but this is paradox) And as you said, it has something to do with anger. When I don't express it, it comes back in forms of resentment, hate and anxiet. Thanks for writing this. Seem like I'm not the only one dealing with this kind of stuff.
