West Ham has the coolest home kit so you have that going for you. Too bad they moved from one of the more cozy stadia into an E.T. spaceship, which takes away from the history of the club (but helps with gameday revenue; just ask Arsenal fans). As for Middlesborough; I don’t know what to tell you. I remember when they kicked butt about ten years ago in the Europa League and made it to the Final (where they got hammered by a spanish side 4:0). Apparently, they were the best team in the Championship last year, but somehow didn’t win it (yet qualified directly as a second-placed team). They bought a bunch of spanish dudes, which is good if they play in midfield/attack and not good if they’re centerbacks. Also, their coach is from Spain, which explains my previous sentence. West Ham is definitely on an upward trajectory, for the first time since I started following EPL. Boro will struggle just to stay up.
