1. Demands for Fina Card Tier
To acquire a Fina Card, users would have to stake a certain amount of FINA tokens for a lock-up period of 6 months, after which the user will be required to maintain the staking amount in order to enjoy the benefits of the tier. As a reference, acquiring a Sliver card would require a staking of $2,000 USD worth of FINA tokens.
2. Top-up Fee to buy back FINA
When users top-up Fina Card, 1% fee is charged and the fee will be used to support Fina’s daily operation and growth. Excessive profit will be used to buy back FINA token.

5,000,000 FINA (0.5%) will be distributed to our Secret Network validator’s delegators. The more SCRT you delegate, the more FINA token you get. But it will be capped at 50,000 SCRT. ie, delegating more than 50,000 SCRT to us will give you the same FINA token as delegating 50,000 SCRT. This is to avoid whales dominating the airdrop.

Airdrop Snapshot
To protect decentralization of Secret Network and avoid over delegation to us, snapshot will be taken when our Secret Network Validator reaches 3,000,000 SCRT delegations, OR at 2023–01–01, whichever sooner.
