We’ve evolved, much like a Pokémon (read that story here), from a non-profit matching women in tech to mentors, to a recruiting company to what you will see today: A tech dream-job-landing engine, using the easiest and most empowering blend of algorithms, human-to-human support, and genuine developer love ❤.
We’re creating this because, frankly, getting a new job sucks. It’s lonely, it’s inefficient, and it’s especially unfair for the underrepresented in tech who are dealing with bias. 56% of women are still leaving tech by mid-career, most commonly citing an unfair or unfriendly work environment. If we could just make it reasonably easy to find them a better job that suited their needs, maybe we’d retain more in the industry. …
