The alarm ringed. With her eyes half opened, she reached for the clock. It was only 6 in the morning. The sun was about to rise. It’s finals day. Still half awake, she dragged her feet across the floor, into the bathroom.
It was her phone this time. She reached over to see who was calling her this early.
There was no sound.
The sound kept ringing.
Still no sound.
Her eyes suddenly opened wide. It was the sound of her alarm. She overslept. It’s 10am now. Finals has started.
