Correctly Apply New Trends in a Marketing or Creativity Project

No one can always stay the same in terms of image projection, even if the image of a brand’s promotion and other elements such as its brand identity are consolidated, there are always aspects that can be adopted from the trends to enhance the products periodically.

It is important to learn to follow trends in the right way, to think. The trends represent an important element to which attention should be paid, understand them and know how to adapt them to the creative projects that are developed.

The following five elements are important when making the decision to follow the trends or not.

1. Trends represent other visions Products that only follow a path of promotion do not manage to develop within their market with the same dynamism as those who do follow -or at least are aware of- the trends that predominate. The generation of advertising messages can not be understood without trends. Trends can be imagined as a path towards innovation and this can be achieved if you observe the trends that prevail.

2. Understanding the trends solves problems. Trends as a possibility to solve the deficiencies that products present today.

3. You can not adopt all the tendencies
The tendencies are very varied, but they can not be adopted all, of the contrary

4. Understanding trends is not the same as anticipating them
Understanding trends allows us to make approximations about what may predominate in the future, but in no way makes fortune-tellers. The tendencies can be retaken, but it is also creativity that gives them form.
