Well said! For me, my background as a former front-end developer has helped a great deal in my career. By understanding development challenges, system limitations, and other factors, it helps prevent that whole situation where the finished product looks nothing like I designed. It also prevents me from designing something unfeasible.

For some clients, I’ve actually served as a liaison of sorts between development and design for this very reason. Afterall, what’s the point of UX if it won’t be implemented?
