Soon we’ll be launching FireFly, a native, full-featured DEX on the Manta Pacific chain.
The DEX itself will bring powerful features for end-users- such as concentrated liquidity for liquidity providers so that you can define the acceptable price range for your assets to be sold, and reversible limit orders for traders. There will be the option to provide single-sided liquidity and more.
We hope to set you up, as the investor, with the functionality to earn — whether by trading or by supplying pools with liquidity.
If there’s a token on Manta chain, it will be tradable on Firefly. We are confident we will have competitive, if not the best APRs on Manta for most coins (from sharing 100% (!) of the trading fees with LPs to incentivizng liquidity with our $FLY project token on top of trading APRs).
But the thing we’re most excited about is our mission.

The Crypto Investor
Crypto Investors come in all shapes and sizes.
From virtually every nation on this planet.
There are young ones…. who are still playing JV sports for their high school team. And old ones… at least in Internet years 😉. There are ones who listen to 70’s rock music bands like Steely Dan and others who enjoy Nepali folk music.
But for their differences, the one quality they have in common is the courage, some say sheer audacity, to venture into the frontier of crypto trading while our peers are parking their funds in savings accounts making 0.58% a year.
Crypto investors are a unique breed- in smelling opportunity, taking the risk others won’t take, priding themselves on discovering rare “gems” others overlooked, and discerning the sheer alpha in news events that others don’t see.
This endeavor has been lucrative for so many — because blockchain holds a crucial place in the future of finance.
According to the Atlantic Council, over 90 nations either have implemented a blockchain currency or are researching one. Financial giants like Blackrock and Fidelity are creating ETF products based on crypto (Bitcoin).
The crypto investor community profits because they are first to the groundbreaking technology that years later the rest of the world discovers.
How do we Empower the Investor?
Before I jump into the ways we empower the investor, let me say a word about FireFly’s legitimacy. Every chain has its share of scam projects sadly. To buttress our legitimacy, we have disclosed our real identities to the Manta team through a KYC process.
Second, we are making our GitHub available to the Manta team when we are code-complete. We will not accept any liquidity until then.
We are a group of product managers and developers from tech industry leaders such as Amazon.com and Twitter. We have been working together for a while; our lead developer has a PHD from University of Portsmouth.
Because our code is based on Uniswap V3, we inherit the same secure, proven code base that many have used safely.
We at FireFly intend to foster a community of investors on Manta Pacific. We will empower cryptocurrency investors in the following ways:
- We will have modern DEX technology supporting the best experience for users and liquidity providers
- We will provide 24–7 support to customers. We will ensure that moderators are available all hours and answer support questions.
- We will communicate often and clearly, respecting the community.
We intend to distribute a whopping 25% (!) of our Total token supply to the community right away. Modeling the Jupiter success story on Solana, we aim to boostrap our TVL significantly by being generous with our token distribution to the community and bringing on board Manta investors as owners of Firefly. And like Jupiter, expect to leapfrog the DEX competition with this massive, lucrative airdrop in its ability to drive engagement on the Firefly platform.
