Why Travels Are Filled With Lists

I am always fascinated by the many lists when it comes to traveling. There are bucket lists, must-visit lists, dream destination lists, and so much more. We love some tips. We want ideas to be summarized and listed down. There’s a feeling of being organized when you put things on a list.

I have been browsing through my blog and found out that I, too, could not help but create my own lists as well. This is my list of lists:

1. 2016 Travel Destinations List — I put together all the countries that have made it to the list of 2016 travel destinations by various travel sites. I checked 10 of them, tallied them all and found that 20 countries were included in three or more of these sites.
2. 20 Travel-Related Books in my shelf — I didn’t realize I have accumulated a lot of travel memoirs and travelogues in my bookcase. Most of these books I found in bargain stores, so they were great finds.
3. 15 Reasons To Have Fun In The Philippines — 2015 was a year to visit the Philippines. But it doesn’t end there. The reasons why you need my country that I have put together last year still remain true for this year.
4. 10 Destinations in My Bucket List — These are places I dream of visiting in my lifetime. I hope I get to travel to these places in the near future.
5. 5 Favorite Travel Accessories — I can’t leave home and embark on a journey without these stuff. They are handy and useful when on the road.

I think I will get to read, and write, more lists in the future. There are thousands of them in the net. And the list goes on…
