Your Relationship With Fish Is About to Change

It’s a great point that Americans don’t eat as much variety of seafood as people in other countries. We hope this will change quickly as people become more familiar with new products and are able to access them in markets.

Also exciting that the new sources of seafood will be varied and will supply us with new nutrients. For those that do not eat seafood due to humanitarian concerns or other beliefs, we are excited that so many new forms of algae are now being produced and harvested, that will make ocean tastes and nutrition available to many more people — as well as boost economies in island nations and coastal communities worldwide.
