I’m Addicted to My Phone, Now What?

Don’t know if it helps but here is my daily routine with pro phone, I don’t own a personal phone (only when I’m looking for another job).
- Morning : keep it on airplane mode until the first cofee.
- Notifications : all unecessary notifications are always turn off.
- Social Media : only Facebook Messenger, Twitter — notifications turned down
- Lunch : check social media apps and personal email.
- Texting : write conversationnal text message ; if I need something quick I drop a call.
- Charging : When charging, I try to leave phone far from me, I can forget it.
- Devices : Love big screens ; if i can call or text from my computer (iOS call/text forwarding) i do it and leave the phone away.
- Uninstall apps : most of apps you use one or two times are still on the phone. More storage, more clarity, less distraction.
- No games : gaming on phone sucks.
- Bed : no phone in bed / airplane mode during sleep.
