Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe

Well when it comes to giving a good recipe, you should keep in mind that kitchen wares matter!

In this simple peanut butter recipe, your chopper is really important. How good the knife is also your peanut butter.

Ingredients

2cup or 300 gr raw, unsalted peanuts

1ts honey

1ts pekmez or any swatener you like

1ts coconut oil (melted)

Preparation

Heat your peanuts in the over to ger rid of the shells. Once you remove the shells heat them little more around 10 min in 70 degrees. Heating up the peanuts help them to be more creamy when chopping.

Chop all the peanuts with coconut oil first around 10 minutes. If you want to make more creamy peanut butter add more oil in it.

Then put you honey and other sweateners into your mixture and mits it 5 min. more.

Well your peanut butter is ready!!!
