This just is not true

It is actually quite difficult to eat excess fruit because of the amount of starchy or non starchy fiber contained in the fruit, and in comparison to other food items available fruits are not really that calorie dense. A handful of berries 40–60 calories ,maybe. You ever try to eat 1,000 calories of whole apples or bananas?
