KETO BASED PIZZA
Pizza I made last night using fathead dough! It was good. I wish I would have let it get a little crispier. But it was good!

I used:
* 1 and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
* 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
*2 large beaten eggs
*1/3 cup of coconut flour (I used almond flour 🤷🏽♀️)
^Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
^combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl- microwave for 45 seconds, STIR- then microwave for another 45 seconds.
^stir in the eggs and flour, knead with hands until dough forms (I used a fork).
^spread dough on lined baking sheet. I used a fork to do it
^bake for 6 minute poke holes in it where bubbles might be forming, bake for 3 more minutes or until brown.
^add toppings and then put back into the oven for 3 more minutes. And voila! Pizza!
