Big Brothers Big Sisters Opens Registration for Spider Digital Tennis Classic

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: April 21, 2016

HIGH POINT, NORTH CAROLINA — Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Piedmont has opened registration for their annual Spider Digital Tennis Classic tournament next month. All proceeds raised during the event will go to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters and their programs.

Play will begin on Friday May 13 and go through Sunday May 15 at the Oak Hollow Tennis Center. Matches will be two sets in length, and every player is guaranteed to have at least two matches.

In addition to the tournament, the event will also feature a raffle, a silent auction, a free kids tennis carnival and a player party.

Participants must be 18 or older to register, except for the open events, and will also receive a gift bag, a t-shirt, plus food and drinks.

The tournament will be doubles-only, and match schedule is subject to change due to weather and number of entries.

Big Brothers Big Sisters’ mission is to help children realize their potential and build their futures. Through the help of volunteer mentors, the relationships that are developed have a direct and measurable impact on children’s lives.
