The Thing About Clickbait they won’t say

You Won’t Believe This When You Hear It!

Okay… now that I have your attention! This is one of the main problems with the Internet now… YouTube, Google, The Verge and Fucking BuzzFeed- True media is looked aside because of these “well, now I have to click it moments.”

Now… I’m not hating on click bait itself- The main issue is true media being lost among these methods… Possible good content from videos and articles in general- passed aside because people decide “ no, I’m not falling for it. You got me once not again…”

Clicking for clicking sake!

There are studys proving that once we click- even not enticed still finish the ad,video, or article out of pure lazyness… the art of click bait is around now and has been around for ever! From old newspaper headlines to rumour mill taverns…

So let’s gets real it’s never going to change- we ourselves have to decide what is worth reading or watching… There’s few YouTubers I trust… few Podcasters I watch that know their stuff- very few writers…

Closing Thoughts

My main problem with click bait is because of trends- everyone uses the trend to click bait to victory… this causing good content to be passed up! Its like the bottle flip videos… “epic bottle flip off car!” when there’s not even a car in the video or its a toy car…

Give all the content you can a try… don’t just pass it by when its destroyed by a trend but, if it’s garbage, than its garbage- I’m probably garbage… thank you so much for reading! See you in the next one somewhere! in between the lines…
