Tweets, lies, and Iowa Republican Senator, Joni Ernst cannot justify her science for Trumps Behavior. Amy Haskins, a citizen at a town hall event in Iowa spoke up and challenged Joni as to what many US citizens have been thinking: the act of science from many republicans in the house. Haskins comments, “Where is the line? When are you guys going to say, ‘Enough’ and stand up and say, ‘You know what, I’m not backing any of this’? … You still stand there, silent, and your silence is supporting him.” Joni Ernst told Haskins that “the president is going to say what he wants to say” and that she cannot speak for him. The concern for pre-existing medical conditions was also addressed in the conversation, as to how are American citizens going to be able to afford high insurance costs. “Is it just going to sit on Mitch’s desk?” remarked Haskins referring to an ACA plan mentioned by Ernst.

President Trump is on a rampage of lies, accusations and hostile tweets. The phone call with the Ukrainian president and whistleblower incident is an opportunity for both republicans, democrats and the citizens of the United states to see how dangerous Trump is and stand up to the corruption. While the so called “stable genius” has been busy tweeting about treason and punishment to the whistle blower; this Iowa town hall event, Ernst spoke up at the town hall event and admitted to the bystanders that “corruption is corruption and should be combated”. Yet this still doesn’t answer many of Haskins and questions from the American people. Where is the change and what are the answers? Where is the line drawn?
