Hello World!!! This is Fiza! a procrastinator, I hope you all are glad to meet me. I just love to waste my time and I have been doing this thing from ages. But,this week during my Amal fellowship, I really felt sad and upset. The reason for my sadness is, why am I like this? Why I waste my time? why I don’t put my 100% . I have identified two best qualities in me recently, that is, procrastination and ruining my health. (i’m being sarcastic) :D

I decided to start eating healthy this week!!!! Four years back I have had Typhoid fever and it has affected my health badly. So, I made a decision to start taking care about my health issues seriously. And also, to make small changes every day to reach my goal.

Why do I have this Goal?

I was noticing some visible changes in my appearance. I have started to gain weight. From December 2018 I have lost my track to count on my calories, and to do exercise, as a result, I am gaining weight. So I challenged myself to start eating healthy from this week.

this is me exactly 3 years back when my health started to fall off

Challenges:

My procrastination is the biggest hurdle in my life.

My Experience during the Week:

I took the challenge to start eating healthy not just for this week only, but also,to the point where I can see visible changes in myself. It was easy to start to be very honest due to the fact that I always have had this habit of eating simpler meals, but during this week, I have to cut off the carbs and sweets as well. It was all too good from Monday till Friday Morning. I didn’t feel hungry, nor have had any cravings for food, but on the fifth day, I had this craving of Biryani, my friend suggested me to visit a nearby place who are famous for their spicy “ Chicken-Biryani”. I shared my half plate with my friend and I didn’t feel sad for ruining my last day. To be very honest, firstly,I thought to lie on my blog that ate healthy meals on all days and how cool I am for following this routine. But NO!!! I don’t want to impress anyone with a lie. Yes! I have a cheat meal today that is “Biryani and Biscuits”. And the reason is so apparent, which is, I have had cut on my carbs that’s why I felt very hungry today. But sab chalta hai :D :D :D :D

My next steps:

I want to add physical workout , and also, gauge my water intake to have the best results.
